The Yirgacheffe region is located in southern Ethiopia, where the perfect growing conditions occur naturally, allowing farmers to harvest the crop organically.

This coffee is Fair Trade, organic, and makes a great espresso in addition to standard drip and French press.

Earthiness, dried berries, and honey with a medium body.
